In this article:
The Sunstar blanket started as a CAL in September and will continue until the end of the year. It’s a large-ish project 48 inches on a side, with a beautiful alternating border of globes around a concentric starburst. The author suggests three color variations, but your imagination is the only limit there. In keeping wit the star theme, we follow up with the Prairie Star throw, a beautiful piece that is somewhat more classic in styling and a bit more “earthy”. It will also be a beautiful accent in a room or hall. A link to the free patterns is included under the photos.
