How to Crochet Blanket with Fabulous Edge Free Patterns

One of the problems with many crochet blankets is that the edge is often treated as something of an afterthought. You make a fantabulous blanket, only to worsen it with a simple denser hem or tie-off. Take a look at this method of making a textured edge. This will work well with any looser-stitched project, giving it a lacy, wavy edge.

Thank you for the free border patterns! They are both beautiful. The first one gives me the inspiration I need to make a corner to corner blanket someday. It will be on my list to try when I am through with my current project. ❤
