The Candlelight lace is a great addition to your stitch quiver for use on any large, diaphanous project. The author suggests using it for afghans, throws or curtains, but also for scarfs or wedding veils. Perfect also for a bag or tote.  It’s a versatile technique that produces a richly textured but airy and breezy pattern. The candlelight lace stitch is a very worthwhile technique to learn and incorporate in your projects. A link to the free pattern is at the end of the post.
