Uptown Poncho Free Crochet Pattern
A mannequin displays a cream-colored knitted poncho, elegantly adorned with a crochet pattern. It features three wooden buttons and delicate lace detailing at the hem.

In this article:

This beautiful poncho is a great accessory for those cool evenings in your favorite wine and dine spots in the more out of the way areas of town. You know, in uptown districts where the owner knows the clientele by name, to enjoy that glass of wine with friends at a patio table beside a radiant heater, all wrapped up in this comfy and attractive poncho. This is another pattern that produces a stunning item without undue challenge.  A link the free pattern is at the end of the post.

Agreed… just keeps wanting me to download a PDF viewer which I’m not going to do. There is no way to actually see the patterns.

It’s very pretty, but I won’t be making it. I have no place to wear it and I don’t know any one who would.

I love the pattern, but would like a lighter weight poncho. Can you please recommend an alternative yarn that would also have a nice drape to it?

Thanks!
