Baby blankets are always a fun project, whether you are making one for your own (or own-to-be ;D) or as a present, they are a very heartwarming and beautiful. This particular blankets are easy ones that works up quickly and have a lovely texture to complement its color palette. Here is a lovely baby blanket that will not be a wallet buster. In fact, for the price of a single skein of soft yarn you will have a lovely baby blanket that has excellent semi-dense stitching, that  is warm but still breathable. The blanket is also easy to make, and has a crowning touch in the shape of the blue border, giving it a classic look. This is a very good baby blanket project, both for yourself, or as a present.

Peek a Boo Blanket Free Crochet Pattern

Peek-a-boo! What could be a better name for a baby blanket? This one is also an easy project that has the right combination of density and laciness. The color bands give it a very modern and contemporary appearance, whereas the texture of the stitching is great for baby to explore with their little fingers. Peak-a-Boo!
