Baby seals have that awe factor… as in “Awwwwww, that’s sooooo cute!”

There are undoubtedly VERY few things as cute and adorable as a baby seal. Indeed, sad puppy eyes have nothing on the big, round black gems set into the face of these juvenile pinnipeds. Of course, since crocheting is an art that can render the cutest animals, it’s so appropriate that we take on these gorgeous projects. These are all very easy amigurumi that uses a simple, basic shape, and therefore should not be a problem to attempt for anyone. Thus, without further ado, here are some bunches of ultimate cuteness for you.

To begin with, Morris is a fuzzy, truly adorable pinniped. Although his body is textured, this is actually an easy pattern using three basic stitches.

Benny the Seal

Benny, on the other hand, is a bulbous little critter that looks as if he’s just eaten a huge bunch of fish and is now patting his full tum. Without a doubt any kid, of any age from 1 to 100 would love one.
