Beautifully Detailed Square Free Crochet Patterns

Since the Fall is the best time to take on crochet challenges, then if you would like to be adventurous you should try one of these patterns. Of course, you are, and you should! However, you may be justified in thinking that squares are just not the right thing for a challenge. That said, you would be wrong, and here are some detailed square ideas to prove it. Overall, these are challenging, fun, and intricate projects that are little masterpieces on their own. On the other hand, you can also work them into a larger project to really make it pop.

Here is a classic crochet square for blankets, throws, and afghans. This lovely pattern will be a great addition to your square collection.
