The time for diaphanous and lacy ponchos is drawing to a close. It’s now the season for something more dense, drapey and luxurious. The Alluvium poncho is a great shoulder wrap with a lovely stitch line, that is a fun and interesting project for those with a bit of experience under the belt. The poncho comes in 6 sizes, and can be adjusted for more if need be. The author recommends Caron SImply Soft, but any yarn of equivalent weight would be fine.
