Designing a project that seems to have a lot of interest is always enjoyable. The Sea Glass Basket is a fun project with the Home Decor Yarn from Bernat! You like the bulky yarn to go through the crochet so quickly! The textured points along with the milling wire used in the bottom and top of the project often help to maintain the shape of the product. I hope the pattern is going to please you! You  can never have too many crocheted baskets for crochet items. this pattern is for an attractive, solid-feeling basket with rigid sides and a wonderful multi-coloured striped colour design.  The pattern is not difficult, and excellent instructions are included. You can make one of these baskets for yourself, because reasons, but it would make a great gift as well. A link to the free pattern is at the end of the post.

This basket is wonderful! I made a few of them – all with different color combinations – for Easter. Choc eggs and such in each basket made lovely gifts. And with the basket, they were gifts that kept on giving. Thank you so much for this pattern.

  3. This is a beautiful basket. On my list!
