Inspired by vintage potholders that my mum used to have, I have created a set of washcloths to brighten up my daily routine. Adding some sunny colors to my home during mid-winter always gives me a boost. Color therapy is definitely a thing and yellow is considered to relieve depression and has energizing power. Choose the color that suits your decor or your mood. Or why not select two or three complementing shades? Check out this article for color inspiration.
What I like about the pattern is that the ridges create great texture and make the washcloths interesting. This free crochet pattern is an ideal beginner-friendly project. It uses basic stitches and the gauge is not essential. Regardless of how experienced you are with crocheting, it is also a quick and fun set to make. Crochet washcloths or dishcloths are a great opportunity to promote sustainability and eco-friendly living.
Sunny Side Up Wash Set can turn your everyday cleaning routine into a relaxing spa experience. These washcloths are both comfortable and functional. They will give your bathroom a hint of handmade elegance and uplift your self-care routine. Crochet washcloths are the absolute number one gift idea as well as a great seller at craft fairs.

Color Choices
Get creative with your color selections. To add a sleek and contemporary touch, choose monochrome, vivid colors, or soothing pastels.
Important!
- Ch1 does not count as a stitch, so make sure you work in every stitch along the row.
- Count your stitches every few rows to make sure the number corresponds to the stitch count in the bracket.  Â
- It is a good idea to place a stitch marker in the second stitch when working (3blo in the next stitch). This way, even if you lose count of the stitches, you will know when to make a corner.Â
