Today, I would like to encourage you to make the amazing Baby Owl Set. I joined the patterns for a 3 Button Baby Owl Hat and Cocoon with a photo of an Owl Hat and Diaper Cover. Why not make them all?
The cocoon in this set-up is large, so that the baby’s arms are covered, and broad enough to enclose a swaddling cloth or blanket. You can also easily adapt this to your needs. You can control the girth by adding or subtracting stitches in a chain increases to make the cocoon bigger or smaller. You can adjust the height by adding or subtracting rows. The baby diaper cover is easy to make and has edging in a color that matches the hat and cocoon.
You can choose your favourite colors for the set and easily adjust it for a baby boy or baby girl. What about blue one like a ready to buy set from SarahTaylorDesigner?
For baby girl, I encourage you to try violet hues, as in the Baby Owl Hat and Diaper Cover we have found on Pinterest.
You can also be inspired by the colors of the Drowsy Owl Hat:
