Baby Turban Free Crochet Patterns
Two adorable babies showcase vibrant crochet baby turbans—a sweet pink one on the left and a lively turquoise on the right. Between them, three perfectly crafted crocheted turbans in white, pink, and red highlight the charming collection.

Tired of ho-hum, traditional baby beanies?

As good as they are, you can have enough of them. Therefore, here are some baby turban crochet ideas as an alternative. To that pint, baby turbans are more interesting in shape and more whimsical. Moreover, they are also reputed to stay on a baby’s head better than a regular beanie. Additionally, they also function well for preemies, because of their “hugginess”. Aside from that, they are simply fun to make.

This is a baby turban with a classic, roaring ’20s feel. Can’t you just imagine your little girl dancing the Charleston in it?

Quick & easy, thank you! I used baby yarn & a smaller hook (g), so I added an extra increasing row, hoping it would be the right size. I think it turned our well!

Can someone explain the forth row? The video is not on her hand and I can’t see what she is doing. She says to do two dc in first two stitches and then again on the next one and continue around and it’ll end up with forty four but that is not correct. What am I missing?

I figured it out thanks. I do have another question though. I’m new to crocheting so I ask a lot of questions and I’m pretty slow. How can I make this into adult size? Like I said I’m knew and need all the help I can get.
The baby one is for my granddaughter who will arrive In January. Her mama would like one for herself.

She also keeps saying two double crochet together. They are most definitely NOT 2dctog (round 3)

Robin, I know she states 2 double crochets in the first two stitches, but what she means is 1 double crochet in EACH of the first two stitches. I think she says two because it is actually two, but not in the same stitch. She also states the same in the next row; 3 double crochets in the first 3 stitches, but it should be 1 DC in each of the first 3 stitches. Does that make sense?
