It’s time to start keeping your bean warm

There is something very endearing about 8-bit patterns, they are so retro and nostalgic. However, when you combine them with a great motif is when they really shine. Consequently, here are some patterns for hats or beanies decorated with an 8-bit heart motif that will give you that warm, fuzzy feeling… both inside and out. Altogether, they are a great way to improve your mood or put some enjoyment into someone else’s life.

8-bit Heart Slouchy Free Crochet Pattern

This slouchy hat has an interesting 8-bit heart. Not only does it contrast the grey background of the hat, but it has a little white fleck that makes it look shiny. Moreover, the hat is further enhanced by a fuzzy pom-pom, which is a real cherry on the icing.
