I’m a craft designer and author of hundreds of articles and reviews about crocheting and other crafts. I search out and present novel approaches to classic patterns and techniques to encourage you to try something new. I’m delighted that so many of you read my posts and that I can contribute to promoting our crochet community. I’m interested in crafts, interior design and love traveling and sitting next to a campfire. I live with my husband and three kids in the Rockies.

Trio blanket is made of three cakes of Scheepjes Whirl, each of a different color. The finished blanket is made in 2 sizes: 33” x 64” or 38” x 50” , but you can easily adjust size according your needs. Although it looks complicated, it’s quite easy and there are only 6 ends to weave at the end. The Trio Blanket is easy to personalize and it changes it looks lot depending on the hues of yarn you choose. It especially looks elegant as a contrast on a plain surfaces like e.g. sofas. A link to a free pattern is at the end of the post.
