This pattern has been described as a scrap buster. It’s a tiny gem of about 2″ across, meant to be worn as a brooch or included as a detail in other projects. It can be made in just about any color, but the traditional reds and whites do it great justice. It’s a fun, easy way to decorate other items (or yourself!!) and a great way to use up those pesky yarn ends that are not really useful for anything else, but just a bit too large to throw away. A link to a free pattern is at the end of the post.
