This is a beautiful pattern from a larger collection also entitled Hugs & Kisses. It’s a beautiful pattern comprised of a base motif of X’s and O’s, which in netspeak is xoxoxox, or hugs&kisses. It’s a lovely piece that is very flexible in terms of the yarn that can be used and is simple enough for a beginner to tackle as an exercise in upping her game. It’s a great, highly textured project that will be fun to make, and will be greatly enjoyed by both mom and baby. A link to the free pattern is at the end of the post.
