Granny Hugs Blanket Free Crochet Pattern

There is only one design that is always fashionable – a granny square. Eye-catching and quick to make it is a wonderful pattern for all. If you are an advanced crocheter, you can make it as a rest from other complicated projects, if you have just started your crochet journey, it can be your first project to make. It is a good opportunity to use yarn scraps, so it is one of the less expensive blankets of all! Finished blanket measures 40″ x 55 3/4″ and one square is approximately 8’x 8′, but you can easily adjust squares to desire size.  A link to the free pattern is at the end of the post.
