I’m a craft designer and author of hundreds of articles and reviews about crocheting and other crafts. I search out and present novel approaches to classic patterns and techniques to encourage you to try something new. I’m delighted that so many of you read my posts and that I can contribute to promoting our crochet community. I’m interested in crafts, interior design and love traveling and sitting next to a campfire. I live with my husband and three kids in the Rockies.

Funny, playful AND useful. Oh my!

So, it’s almost summer, and it’s the season to be playful and jaunty. Therefore, what better way to accessorize a casual, relaxed outfit than with a fun purse? Consequently here are a few interesting and fun patterns that will “funnify” your or your daughter’s outfit. They’re easy, joyous and really, really adorable. Of course, we wouldn’t be crocheters if we didn’t modify things as we make them. Thus, each of these patterns is totally customizable. After all, who wouldn’t like a blue toadstool?
