Here is an easy, simple puff flower, that will make a great appliqué for a larger project, a bead for children to play with, a plain scatter type decoration, or simply a fun way to crochet away the time. In particular, the intricate-looking texture of the flower, copuled with a dizzying variety of colors is a great way to spice up another, larger project. A blanket? Certainly a blanket could do with a bunch of  small, puffy flowers on it. A handbag? Why, yes. An afghan or throw? Definitely. There’s no end of projects you can apply these to. A link to the free pattern is at the end of the post.
