Crocheters of a feather stick together.
And while crocheting is great for making clothes, blankets and the like, it’s also a great technique for making decorations, accessories, appliqués and doodads, both for various other projects as well as for their own sake. Given that we think that many birds are beautiful because of their plumage, their feathers, these can be a decoration added to pretty much anything, including wall hangings, clothing, accessories. Instead, they also can function independently as a simple bookmark. Of course, you shouldn’t forget crocheted stuffies, and birds in particular.
These feathers look like they came from some wildly colored bird of paradise. They are great for a bookmark or stitched together for a doily or coaster.
