Amazing blankets with geometry!
Who could have thought that so many people’s favourite subject to hate in school would help make for such wonderful crochet? Indeed, I’m simply blown away how a simple mitered square pattern can be used to build blankets with very complex and evolved surfaces and color arrangements. Certainly, while a mitered blanket may LOOK complex, it’s really quite easy to make, which means that they are perfect even for an ambitious… well, more adventurous beginner. Likewise, they are highly customizable, so you can really make them your own.

Hue Shift Baby Blanket
Here is another one, however the hue shift mitered blanket uses very strong delineation between the colored miters, thus achieving a more field-like effect. Lovely!
