I’m interested in crafts, interior design and love traveling and sitting next to a campfire. I live with my husband and three kids in the Rockies.

If you are looking for an eye-catching project, but at the same time not so flashy, this is IT. The Celtic Dream Afghan Pattern allows you to make a beautiful blanket, just vivid enough to be eye-catching, but still elegant and distinguished. A mix of floral squares in denim and pastel blue colors gives this blanket an intriguing look without interrupting its overall harmony. The finished blanket measures 53” x 63”, but of course you can easily adjust it by adding additional rows of afghan blocks. This particular afghan is made of 20 squares. A link to the free pattern is at the end of the post.
