Cacti… prickly o not, they’re such a great crochet subject.

Plants are a great fall theme for crochet projects. They are a touch of green in this season of reddening hues. Moreover, there are many more color choices you can add as you make ever more complex shapes. Please look at the patterns below in order to see a hint of the great landscape of possibilities. The cactus garden uses several species of cacti in a single diorama. Consequently, this is a true bouquet with zones and regions. I particularly like the violet highlights against the massive green ones.

Cactus [Farm]

These amigurumi cacti are a wonderful way of putting a little green or a little color on a computer desk or/and in a windowsill display. Beyond that, they are super easy, because they are made of basic shapes with simple blossoms attached.
