Agyness

I’m a craft designer and author of hundreds of articles and reviews about crocheting and other crafts. I search out and present novel approaches to classic patterns and techniques to encourage you to try something new. I’m delighted that so many of you read my posts and that I can contribute to promoting our crochet community. I’m interested in crafts, interior design and love traveling and sitting next to a campfire. I live with my husband and three kids in the Rockies.

Haven’t you ever been forced by a “what to take with me” dilemma?

I have, and consequently I greatly enjoy 2-in-1 projects that either function as two things, or convert from one to another. Therefore, without much intro, here are some blanket to bag convertibles that will be truly functional and universal. However, there is no reason for them to not be fun as well, so here are some projects that combine all of this. Moreover, some will be simply fun to make, and other still will be a load of laughs to use. To summarise, you should make and enjoy these convertible projects.

Island Play Set

To begin with, this blanket to bag convertible is a lovely way to take a softie toy everywhere. In addition to being highly portable, it’s also a fun and cheerful ocean-themed playset for kids.

Convertible Blanket to Bag

However, for yourself there is this, literal, blanket to bag convertible. Indeed, now you can take your outoor stuff, bag it up, and then set up outside without unpacking anything. Of course, when you’re ready to go home, just tie this together and go.
