Are you a bit worn out with holiday-themed crocheting? Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s, Easter and so forth… Want to do something fun and non-holiday themed for yourself or a loved one? How about a cat?

Elon Stargazer Free Crochet Pattern

Here’s a cute big amigurumi cat looking at the stars, thinking about all of the milk in the Milky Way. This beautiful animal is an unquestionably fun project to make, both as a challenge to take on and as an attractive decoration for having around the house. If you have kids that like cats, this will be a favourite with them as well. The grey coloration is very life-like, but, of course, you can do this in any way you choose.

I’m having issues with the front feet. Rnd 5, it says toe stitch x4, sc x2, hdc, scx11 (22). I did it exactly as said and came up with 18 stiches.
Then Rnd 6, it says Dec x4, sc x2, dec, sc x9. (18) I come up with 14 stitches.
Is dec decrease or double crochet?
I’m trying to get this done for Christmas.
