It’s time to bask in the glory of the shell stitch!

Although we recently covered seashells as a theme for crocheting, it’s been a while since we have looked in depth at the shell stitch. So, without further ado and diving right in, here are beautiful shell stitch blanket ideas that will show you the true versatility of this wonderful technique. What you will notice, is that the stitch makes a flowing, gentle texture that is very amenable to variations in color. Moreover, the shape and size of the blanket are also entirely up to you. In fact, the only constraint is your imagination, and the wavy edge which this stitch makes.
