Lacy, almost-not-there crochet tops are all the rage these days. In the flood of patterns, the Avalon Top is one that stands out due to its intricate texture, interesting transitions between stitches and the overall completeness. It’s a very worthwhile project, that will be a fascinating challenge for the more experienced crocheters. It’s a beautiful garment, particularly given its long sleeves and tall height. Kudos to the author! A link to the free pattern is at the end of the post.
