Yay! It’s cowl season.
While some may deplore the fall weather change for the worse, we crocheters know that cowls is where it’s at. Not only are they super fun to make, they are also highly variable and customizable, thus they will  accessorize with EVERYTHING and ANYTHING. Indeed, they are the perfect accessory for a cold, blustery day as they will keep the wind off your neck and shoulders. At the same time, they still make a fashion statement. Moreover, none of the amazing cowl patterns we present here are particularly difficult. Therefore, you can undertake any one of them with no fear. Did I say one? After all, there is no reason you can’t make a bunch.
Malia Buttoned Cowl
This truly amazing cowl is a great combinatiojn of a classic design with modern jauntiness. Overall, it’s a wonderful combination of functionality (warm and cosy) with style (assymetric with fringes).

Spring Bean Cowl
Although warmth is a primary feature for an amazing cowl pattern, and it’s in ample supply here, looks and comfort are all important as well. Consequently, the soft, luxurious  Mandala yarn and the thick, soft stitch really make this a complete project.
