The Rainbow Ripple Blanket is a beautiful example of how a circle-based pattern can be modified by using straight lines in radially increasing chevrons. This makes a symmetrical starburst pattern that is further accentuated by the layout of the voids and the color bands. This would make a great blanket for keeping the little sprog off the floor during playtime.
