So, we’re still under lockdown, and it doesn’t seem to be lifting too quickly. Therefore, why not make the best of a poor situation and get a lot of crocheting under your belt.

Of course, since the isolation itself is a problem, why not select your crocheting projects from among CALs for the pandemic, so that you can participate over the web and maintain a sense of community with your fellow crocheters. Here are some CALs for the pandemic to get youinvolved in and keep up your spirits, while producing beautiful projects.

Pandemic CAL Blanket Free Crochet Pattern

UPDATE: A free pattern is not longer available. 

Crocheters have been training for self-isolation all our lives. We can both stay at home and still be productive. To help us do just that, and yet keep together and maintain our sense of community, here is a CAL dedicated to staying active and balanced in these strange times. The project started on may 4th and is shaping up to be one of the best CALs for the pandemic.
