Are you planning to make a hexagon blanket or other a hexagon based project? Do you want your project to look neat? It’s time to find a perfect half hexagon pattern which allows you to fill in the spaces between the full hexagons and get a really straight border. With this pattern you will be crocheting in rows, without turning.  After each row of a pattern, the yarn is fastened off to join a new color.

A link to a free pattern is at the end of the post.

  1. I love this instructional step by step pattern, and the link to the granny edging pattern also that finishes off the project if you don’t use half hex motifs for squared edges.
Thankyou, you have solved a little unfinished project for me 🙂
